One of our main responsibilities is to arrive at an accurate estimate of value for your home, so we ensure a detailed evaluation and analysis of every part of your home. Our work doesn’t stop there, as we will fully investigate the real estate market and compare your property with similar listings to make sure that you receive the highest amount you deserve for your home.  The result is not always rosy in these difficult economical times, but we will be honest and answer all your questions.

We set up a meeting to present our Analysis, Marketing, and Listing information.  We ask you have the following available at that meeting:
         Current Mortgage Statement for all mortgages (if any)
         Letters regarding pending Assessments (if any)
         List of updates to home since you originally bought it
         Warranties or receipts for any new appliances, mechanicals, plumbing, electrical or improvements (if any)
         Blueprints, surveys, or plats (if any available)

We go thru the property and evaluate each area and advise on repairing, replacing, or removing items.  You will receive a "to do" list to get the property ready for listing.  This is done to attract the most buyers and better situate the property for an offer. 

We offer "Open Houses" for the first month of your listing, provide you detailed feedback of agent showings (when received), offer staging advice for de-cluttering and positioning of your furniture for best flow or "chi" energy, and offer our professional advice throughout the marketing period.

When an offer is recieved, we meet with you to go over the offer, do a Net Sheet to show you the estimated proceeds with that offer, advise you on options and work with other agent directly.   You do not have to meet with anyone other than YOUR agent.  We do all of the necessary background work for you.  We keep the process as easy and painless as possible to protect you at all times.
